Kuda Gotheh Episode 3: Thai Red Curry

Are you ready for the third episode of Kuda Gotheh? Today, Safa and Aisha have taken up the challenge to prepare a delicious Thai red curry. This flavorful dish combines the perfect blend of spices, coconut milk, and meat or vegetables to create a rich and aromatic dish.  


It’s perfect for any occasion and is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for your next iftar. Follow along on this culinary adventure that is sure to transport you to the streets of Thailand! 



– 1200g chicken 

– Thai paste 

– Red, green & yellow bell peppers 

– Lemon juice 

– Fish sauce 

– Brown sugar 

– Salt 

– Pepper 

– Coconut milk 


To marinate the chicken: 

  • Start by marinating the chicken with chili powder, salt, and pepper. 
  • Fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.  
  • Add three spoonful’s of Thai paste and mix with the chicken.  


To make the curry:  

  • Add the three colors of bell pepper, the juice of one whole lemon, a small spoon of brown sugar, three spoons of fish sauce, salt, and black pepper.  
  • Mix everything well and cook for five minutes.  
  • Finally, add the coconut milk and cook for another five minutes.
