HDC has introduced an online Bid and Proposal Submission Portal with the aim of reducing the amount of paper used in submissions. This is the first gateway in Maldives that allows you to submit bid and proposal electronically on one platform. This system is an online wizard that guides you step-by-step after the preparation of your proposal or bids. Proponents have to register and create a profile on this system with their email. Hence, Bids and proposals shall only be submitted electronically via this portal.

To submit bids and proposals, proponents and venders must be registered in the vender register for submission. Users can create their own profiles during this one-time registration. Our Bids and Proposal Submission Portal also contain all required information on current bids for the proponents. Nevertheless, the main purpose of this portal is to provide a simpler, more efficient mode of submission while minimizing the use of bundles of papers that harm the environment.

Online portals are a way to save valuable time and expenses for bidders and proponents as well as the corporation itself. Information regarding tenders, proposals, and bids are all published, notified via text message to users and can be downloaded instantly through the portal. Proponents can see if they are eligible to participate in the bidding process by checking their eligibility prior to submission.
